Breathwork
Breathwork is the deliberate use of breathing pattern to change your physical and emotional state. The style practised here, Conscious Connected Breathwork, uses a continuous circular breath, with no pause between the inhale and the exhale, sustained for forty-five to fifty minutes. It is active rather than restful, and it reliably produces strong physical sensation. Most people come to it because thinking about their patterns has stopped producing change.
