Unfold with Breath sells breathwork sessions: live experiences, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped or couriered to you, and there are no shipping or delivery charges. This policy explains how your booking is confirmed and how session details reach you.
No physical products
We do not sell or ship any physical items. Everything we offer is a service, delivered either live in person in Jaipur or in other cities in India, or online over Zoom. Because there is nothing to post, no shipping method, timeline, or fee applies.
Our online sessions can be joined from anywhere in the world. As they are delivered electronically over Zoom, there are no international shipping timelines, courier services, customs procedures, or shipping charges: wherever you are, your session details reach you as described below.
How your booking is confirmed
Reserving a place opens a chat with us on WhatsApp, where we send you the price and a UPI QR code. Once we have confirmed that your payment has arrived, your place is held and we confirm it to you in writing on WhatsApp, usually within a few hours, followed by an email confirmation. A payment receipt is sent with the confirmation, and where GST applies to the session, an invoice is issued on request.
How session details reach you
Session details are delivered in this order, by WhatsApp or by email, whichever you are using with us:
- Booking confirmation: sent once your payment has been received and confirmed.
- Confidential health and safety form: sent shortly after your booking is confirmed. It takes about five minutes and is read personally by Vishal.
- Final session details: sent once your form has been read.
Online sessions (Zoom)
For online sessions, the Zoom joining link is sent to you once your booking is complete and your health form has been read, usually well in advance, and always at least 24 hours before the session. You do not need a Zoom account; the link opens in your browser or the Zoom app.
In-person sessions
For in-person group sessions, the venue address and directions are shown on the session page and confirmed to you directly. Please arrive about 15 minutes before the start time to settle in.
When the session takes place
The session itself is “delivered” live at the scheduled date and time (Indian Standard Time) shown on the session page, in person or live on Zoom.
If you do not hear from us
If you have paid but not received your confirmation or session details, message us on WhatsApp, or email support@unfoldwithbreath.com after checking your spam or promotions folder, and we will make sure you have everything you need.
