Learn to breathe. Then learn to trust that breath enough to meet whatever comes up, on your own.

From a session participant
It felt like I had been carrying a heavy 30 to 40 kg backpack on my shoulders for a very long time, and had finally put it down.
Where I trained
Vishal trained with Evolution of Breath (opens in new tab), the world’s most immersive breathwork facilitator training: four weeks, over three hundred hours, in person with Mike O’Meara. Most of what he understands about holding a session for someone else, he learned there, on the floor, in his own body first.

Fit
Ninety minutes
You lie down and you are guided through all ninety minutes of it. Nothing is left to you to work out.
15 min
We talk. Where you are, what you came in with, what you have been going around this week.
45–60 min
Continuous breathing through the mouth, no pause between the inhale and the exhale. I set the rhythm and stay with you the whole way. Music throughout.
15–20 min
The breathing slows and stops. You lie there. Then we talk about what surfaced, and what to do with it during the week.
Your body is doing active work, and it will feel like it. Hands tingling or tightening. Heat, cold, shaking, tears. Long stretches where nothing much happens. Deep quiet. It is different for every person and different each time. Whatever arrives, you are not meeting it alone.
Private session paths
You have understood your patterns for years and the understanding has not moved them. One ninety-minute session will not move them either.
What changes things is repetition, and someone paying attention to what shifts in between.
₹1,800
A first honest experience of breathwork. The technique, and what it feels like from the inside.
₹4,500
Enough repetition for the technique to stop being the thing you are managing.
₹5,100
The full arc. You leave with a breath you can go to without me in the room.
Two ways in
The same ninety minutes, the same structure, either way.
A dedicated space, set up before you arrive. Mat, blanket, and time to settle before we start. I am in the room with you for the whole session.
Your own room, on Zoom. Floor space, a blanket, water, and two hours nobody interrupts. I am with you on screen for the whole session, watching your breath and guiding the pace.
Most of my one-to-one work happens online. The structure, the guidance and the length of the session are the same in both.

The facilitator
I am Vishal. I facilitate breathwork one to one, in person and online.
I spent a lot of time in my 20s on personal development and inner work. Vipassana, therapy, reading, inner child work, parts work and IFS, self-help books, journalling. I understood myself extremely well, yet something was always missing. I felt stuck. Breathwork is what moved the needle for me, on top of the foundation I had built.
My personal transformation nudged me to go through the world’s most immersive breathwork facilitator training, four weeks and over 300 hours in person with Mike O’Meara. He is the founder and guardian of Evolution of Breath (opens in new tab), a global movement rooted in the ancient remembrance that the breath is our original shaman, guide, and healer.
Reflections
“My shoulders felt light. There was an undeniable lightness in both my body and my mind.”
- Before
I went into the session with no expectations, because I honestly had no idea what to expect. Vishal made it feel safe by explaining every step beforehand and guiding us throughout.
- During
During the session I felt intense sensations in my body. I felt very cold, and my hands and fingers became stiff and curled up. Whenever I needed support, Vishal calmly helped me with posture corrections so I could stay comfortable and continue.
- After
The biggest shift came afterwards. It felt like I had been carrying a heavy 30 to 40 kg backpack on my shoulders for a very long time, and had finally put it down.
“To my surprise, I stayed for the entire session, and I’m so glad I did.”
- Before
I’ve been an active practitioner of meditation and yoga. Breathwork, though, was something I’d heard about but never really believed was for me. I had convinced myself it just wasn’t my cup of tea.
Still, I decided to take a leap of faith when I saw Vishal’s session. I went in thinking that if I didn’t like it, I’d simply leave halfway through.
- During
To my surprise, I stayed for the entire session, and I’m so glad I did. It was the longest I’ve ever spent consciously focusing on my breath, literally 1.5 hours. The vibrations I experienced felt surreal. At some point, it felt like I had transcended into a completely different state of awareness.
- After
The experience was deeply transformative in ways I’m still processing, and it left me genuinely curious to explore breathwork further.
The first step opens the conversation. Payment and scheduling come after the intake and the consultation call.
Your name, email, and the path you are considering.
Health history, context, intention.
Choose a short consultation time.
We talk through your responses, the format, and whether one, three, or five sessions fits.
You receive the payment link, then we arrange the first session.
Questions
That is the most common starting point. The consultation call handles orientation, and you are guided through every part of the session itself.
It is different for every person, and different each time. Some people find it intense. Some find it quietly settling from the first few minutes. Many find both inside the same session. Your body is doing active work, and there is usually a long, quiet stretch near the end. What I can tell you is that you will be guided through all of it, and nothing is expected of you except that you keep breathing.
It works on a different layer. Thinking, talking and writing all act on the story. Breathwork acts on the body directly, and for many people that is the layer nothing had reached. I cannot promise it does for you what it did for me. What I can say is that it is a different door, and you have already tried the others.
Yes. The longer paths are there for people who already know they want depth. They are not a requirement.
Breathwork has documented contraindications. Pregnancy, certain heart conditions, a history of psychosis, recent surgery, and others. The intake form covers these. If anything does not fit, I will say so honestly.
No. Most of my one-to-one work happens online. A quiet room, a device, and two hours undisturbed.
A quiet room. A blanket. Water within reach. An eye mask if you have one. Two hours undisturbed.
