These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and participation in sessions offered by Unfold with Breath, and your use of this website. By reserving a place or using this site, you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Unfold with Breath is a breathwork practice founded and facilitated by Vishal, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. It is operated as a sole proprietorship.

Our sessions
We offer conscious connected breathwork in several formats: private one-to-one sessions, in-person group sessions, live online group sessions on Zoom, and corporate workshops. Session details, duration, capacity, and price are shown on the relevant page at the time of booking. In-person sessions take place in Jaipur and other cities of India; online sessions are available to participants anywhere.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book and take part in a session.
How booking works
Sessions are booked on a pay-first basis, and places are limited.
- You tap Reserve on the session page. This opens a chat with us on WhatsApp, with the session you have chosen already written into the message.
- We reply with the price and a UPI QR code.
- You pay from your own UPI app.
- Once we have confirmed that the payment has arrived, your place is held and we confirm it to you in writing.
Tapping Reserve does not by itself hold a place, and nothing is charged automatically. Your place is confirmed only once payment has been received and confirmed by us. Until then, the place remains open to others.
We do not take payments on this website. There is no checkout here, and we never ask for your card, bank, or UPI login details: in a message, on a call, or anywhere else.
Sessions hosted with another facilitator
Some sessions are offered together with another facilitator or host. Where that is the case, we say so on the session page, and payment may be collected directly by that facilitator: the UPI details you receive will be theirs. We tell you who is collecting your payment before you pay. Your rights under these terms and our Cancellation & Refund Policy apply either way, and where the payment sits with a co-facilitator we coordinate with them on your behalf.
Pricing and taxes
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) on the relevant session page and are the total amount payable. There are no additional booking, processing, or delivery charges. Where GST applies to a session, it is included in the price shown, and an invoice is issued on request. The price shown at the time you reserve is the price that applies to that booking.
Health, safety, and suitability
Breathwork is a powerful practice and is not suitable for everyone. After you reserve a place, we send you a short, confidential health and safety form, by WhatsApp or by email, which you agree to complete honestly and in full before the session. Some conditions (including, for example, pregnancy, certain heart conditions, a history of psychosis, and recent surgery) mean this style of breathwork is not appropriate. If your form indicates that breathwork is not suitable for you at this time, we will refund your payment in full, as set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
You are responsible for disclosing relevant health information accurately. We rely on the information you provide to keep you and others in the session safe.
Not a medical service
Breathwork sessions are offered for wellbeing and self-exploration. They are not medical treatment, psychotherapy, or a diagnosis, and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental-health care. If you have a health concern, please consult a qualified professional. By taking part, you accept that you do so of your own choice and take responsibility for your own wellbeing during the session.
Your conduct during sessions
We ask that you arrive on time, follow the facilitator’s guidance, and respect the confidentiality and comfort of others in the group. We may decline participation where it is necessary for the safety of you or others.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are covered in full by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short:
- A full refund is available if you cancel more than 72 hours before the session.
- If you cancel within 72 hours of the session, the payment is not refundable and cannot be transferred to another session.
- If your confidential health form shows breathwork is not suitable for you, your payment is refunded in full, regardless of timing.
- If we cancel or reschedule a session, you may choose a full refund or a transfer to the new date.
Recording
Sessions are held privately and are not recorded, whether in person or online.
Intellectual property
The content on this website (including text, images, and session materials) belongs to Unfold with Breath and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Unfold with Breath is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or participation in a session, where you have taken part contrary to the guidance given or without disclosing relevant health information. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

We aim to acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last revised. The terms in force at the time of your booking apply to that booking.
